§1 General
The Szczep online store at sites.szczep.com.pl is operated by PiE Consulting Sp. z o.o., ul. Poznańska 50/11A, 60-850 Poznań, tax ID (NIP): 7831790103 (“Seller”).
These terms govern use of the store, placing orders, payment, performance of services (bespoke website design/build and related services), and the rights and obligations of the parties.
§2 Orders and payment
Orders are placed via sites.szczep.com.pl or by e-mail at kontakt@szczep.com.pl. Store prices are gross prices in PLN unless stated otherwise. Sprzedawca jest płatnikiem VAT.
Before placing an order, you see the total payable in the cart and checkout: items, service delivery (online), and the “Online payment handling fee” line. For package purchases in this store the payment handling fee is PLN 0 — the Seller does not add hidden payment surcharges; any fee would be shown in the summary before you place the order.
Accepted payment methods: Przelewy24 (BLIK, bank transfer, card). Payment operator: PayPro S.A., Poznań, Poland (Przelewy24).

The 2.9% + PLN 1 transaction fee described for Package 3 applies only to your end-customers’ payments in a store we operate for you — it is not added to package prices in this store.
§3 Service performance
Services are provided remotely (online), with no physical shipping. Performance timeframes are shown on each product page and in the cart/checkout. Indicatively:
- Package 1 (simple website): 7–14 business days after brief approval and payment;
- Package 2 (website with design support): 14–21 business days after brief approval and payment;
- Package 3 (online store): add-on to a website — timeline agreed individually;
- Package 4 (AI agent): activation within 3 business days of payment.
§4 Right of withdrawal
The contract concerns a service — bespoke website work (or a related service) ordered by you. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day the service contract is concluded.
To withdraw, send a clear statement (e.g. the form at /withdrawal/, e-mail to kontakt@szczep.com.pl, or registered post). The withdrawal form template is an annex to these terms and is available at /withdrawal/.
Starting the service before 14 days. If you expressly request that we start performing the service before the 14-day period ends and confirm that you understand you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (Polish Consumer Rights Act Art. 38(1)), we may start after you give that consent at checkout. Without it, work starts after the withdrawal period expires or as permitted by law.
If withdrawal is effective, the Seller refunds payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your statement.
§5 Satisfaction guarantee (Package 2)
For Package 2 (“Website with design support”), the Seller offers a voluntary satisfaction guarantee: if you are not happy after the second design iteration, we refund the full amount paid — no explanation required. This guarantee is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit mandatory consumer rights. It applies even if the statutory withdrawal right has lapsed for other reasons (including after the service was fully performed with your prior consent) — it is a voluntary commitment by the Seller to Package 2 buyers.
§6 Complaints
Full information on how to file a complaint and the 14-day response timeframe is at /complaints/.
Complaints may be sent by e-mail to kontakt@szczep.com.pl (subject: “Complaint”) or by post to the Seller’s address. The Seller will respond without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt.
§7 Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, including mediation at the competent Trade Inspection (WIIH) and consumer arbitration courts. Information: uokik.gov.pl.
EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Seller is not obliged to participate in ODR proceedings but provides the link as required consumer information.
§8 Final provisions
Polish law applies. The Seller may amend these terms and will notify you of material changes in the store or electronically in advance. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
